This special collection was developed in the last few years to meet the
specific requests of our clients seeking a Country Home that would fit
into a suburban setting.
Our first four designs have the ability to be sited on a gently sloping or
level property. They all are striking in appearance whether in the
country or in a subdivision.
Our Country Home post and beam construction, with air-dried
spruce board and batten exterior is enhanced with wide trims,
more detailing, steeper pitched roofs, bump outs, decks and
overhangs.
Inside, the designer series mixes natural wood interiors with
gyproc surfaces providing a more contemporary home with a host of
unique decorating possibilities.
The Designer Series includes the Chalet, Tudor, Victorian, Country
Cape and Contemporary two story.
Quality Materials
Roofs can be shingled with asphalt or natural wood shingles. Our
interiors are finished with tongue and groove spruce left natural,
drywall or a combination of both...whichever is preferred.
All kitchens and bathroom cabinets are custom-crafted from wood and
fitted with modern fixtures. Wood windows, quality stains, oils are all
standard in our Cottage Country® packages.
When it comes to options we are led by the personal requirements of
our customers. We are frequently requested to install wood stoves,
stone fireplaces, skylights and decks.
